Todays painting is a bit of a different set up than usual, as I had to paint this one from one of my photo's rather than from life, out of the 66 paintings so far this is only the second reference photo used, all the rest have been from life, set up in front of me as I paint. so not bad going! my only excuse is I was shattered after physio on my hips this afternoon.

It has been over a month since my last bowl of Cherries, so here is another one. This is a different bowl than last time, and its a bit bigger, but so were the cherries! they were huge and very tasty, I ate far too many of them.

Lime Wedges in Blue bowl

I got this great little Blue bowl from the car boot sale in Chirk a few weeks ago, its a good size to go with small fruit, The painting I did with Lemon wedges was popular so I hope this one will be also.

I haven't really planned the next few paintings, I will see what catches my eye shopping tomorrow. I will be painting Raspberries soon though as they are just coming ready in the garden.
